Mint Money launched in Sydney in 2011 offering mortgage broker services. In a very competitive market place Mint Money had to very quickly differentiate them as a competitive and stress-free option targeted at very busy family executives.


Mint Money came to us seeking a company name, brand development, including the creation of their website, supporting brochure, stationery and social media pages all aimed at building a new brand in the marketplace.

The Approach

The initial client brief meeting involved gathering details of the services and offerings and defining the target market and competitors. Subsequent to this a meeting the Marketing Eye team commenced brainstorming and the development of an initial brand concept.



This was a particularly exciting project as we were given a blank canvas and the creative freedom to develop a company name and brand that truly reflects Mint Money and the founder.

The Process

The Marketing Eye team commenced with the development of a brand and logo to reflect a modern, streamlined look to cut through the clutter in the marketplace. The logo was then incorporated into the design of the website, stationery and other related materials.

The overall look and feel of the brand was created to reflect a fresh approach and a sense of trustworthiness. The design is strong and clean, with mint green as the primary colour, creating an overall cohesive brand image across all of the Mint Money collateral.



Once the logo was selected and approved by the client branded collateral was produced. This included all stationery requirements (business cards, letter head and folders for client documents). In addition the website was completed to create a professional and fresh layout.



The website development, complete with a range of user friendly features, designed to encourage interaction and to streamline the overall booking process which also included a range of images that were specifically selected to cut through the clutter.



In developing the website we concentrated primarily on user-friendliness, allowing for easy site navigation and the inclusion of an online enquiry facility, newsletter registration, in order to build a list of interested contacts for Mint Moneys future communications.
