The ultimate Christmas Party
I'm not one for a party as I quite like my own company and that of my closest friends. Other than the odd glass of champagne, I don't find drinking to be my vice either. So, when it comes to Christmas, if only everyone would agree that all the money involved should go to charity, I would be in my element.
I guess if I posed this question to my team, they would possibly agree, but this year has been a big one and they deserve their moment of letting loose and enjoying each other's company outside of work, celebrating their success.

Christmas gifts for clients and staff
I personally love giving gifts. It makes me happy to surprise people and show them that I care, or have remembered them in some way.

What does a gift say about you?
If you are anything like me, I get embarrassed when people give me gifts. I much prefer to buy others gifts instead. I am not sure why this is the case and I am sure there is some psychological reason behind the fact that some people like giving and others like receiving.

The gift of giving
Today I received the first call of the year from a client wanting to get organised with gifts for Christmas for key clients.
You may think that he has allocated too much time to organise, but for many companies, the last minute rush means that not enough thought has gone into it and the gift really does not depict the type of relationship that exists with client and supplier.
