What happened when one company replaced its staff with AI
Always living in a pressure cooker isn't fun. When a deadline has to be met and the details are variable, quite often anxiety can creep in. That's what was happening every single time a marketing strategy was due to a client. As we watched one person after another go through the same obstacles month after month, often falling prey to the little voice in their head that said "I can't do this", we knew something had to be done.
In a matter of months, two women employees both burst into tears. The pressure of making a deadline and ensuring that it met the high standard that the company had been putting out for years, was unbearable. They second guessed themselves. They beat themselves up because they started to feel dumb, like they didn't have the skills or talent to do something that they should have learned while at University.
Little did they know, 'Big Brother' was watching and listening. This stress was real because quite often people don't come to companies knowing the full suite of the marketing mix and have experience across one or two areas of marketing, but never across all the areas needed to write a marketing strategy. On top of that, a marketing strategy has to be written in a certain tone and there is a lot of research from competitor analysis, to keywords, media lists through to events.
That's when it all clicked. They found out that they had been heard, and the expectation had been dropped. Yes, they need to know marketing, but the pressure of writing a marketing strategy was going to be taken away from them.
Instead, they were now able to conduct a workshop entering details online into Robotic Marketer, then out spits an entire marketing strategy, written to perfection. Over the top, they may choose to write a bit more about their creative ideas around brand, messaging or customer lifecycles - but they now were able to do what they loved most and that is marketing.
That company was Marketing Eye. No more second guessing your capabilities, fumbling through writing a marketing strategy or thinking that the person with one years experience was more capable than you. We watched. We took action. We became more innovative. We disrupted an entire industry and we did something very clever as a team. Robotic Marketer is the future. Yes, it does replace marketing managers, but you still have a role and it is way better than it was before.

29 Aug 2018AI will give us better outcomes in terms of big data, research and study, and it cannot be denied that advanced technologies are rapidly developing and changing the game. However, in the future, I believe not only marketers but also others will have other positions, responsibilities to adopt the era.

29 Aug 2018It's understandable fearing what will happen with the introduction of AI in the workforce. However, when you learn about the benefits it brings, stress turns to relief as our jobs will be made easier as well as being able to be more efficient.

28 Aug 2018The question "what will we do when robots will take our jobs over? " have been is a raising concern in most of industries. One of the answer is that it won't be necessary be negative. We will have more time to do more creative or enriching activities, focusing on our own life or our community rather than on productivity. Maybe we should see AI as an opportunity to evolve rather than a issue.

27 Aug 2018At first, it's scary to think that your job will be taken by a robot. the first thing that comes to people mind is 'what should I do next if a robot 'steal' my job?'. but whilst learning about robotic marketer, the anxiety is getting less and lesser. it'll be a whole new world for marketing fields, as marketers and robots work together.
