Fireworks is just the start...
You never know who you may meet, just by turning up.
While I love to catch up with good friends and share experiences, I am a believer that 'everything happens for a reason' and if you open yourself up to possibilities, then you will enrich your life in more ways than you have ever imagined.
Last night, I met a powerfully, inspiring woman by the name of Sandie Ward. She writes "The Food Stalker" blog where food and fashion collide. She has interviewed everyone who is anyone in food and fashion and her passion for life and sharing experiences is absolutely contagious. You could not be in the same room as this woman without her passion for life wiping off on you.
She is not only beautiful, but immensely talented with a zest for life that I have not seen in anyone for a long time. I cannot wait to get to know her better and to share business stories and blogs.
Then, I met another wonderful woman, who is smart, hard working and a role model. She is an Immigration Lawyer in LA and originates from Toronto, Canada. Perfect timing for me as I am looking at my options with immigrating to America. She had just spent the day working while most other people in America were holidaying, and then drove an hour or so to join the party. She didn't drink, but instead soaked up the atmosphere and enjoyed interesting conversation with other guests. She was completely understated but had a presence that no one can miss.
And the third, is a gorgeous former Rockette, with a loving husband and two delightful children - epitomizing what the perfect marriage really looks like. She has done it all and at 33 years old, she has been a 'star' and continues to work in modelling and acting, while having a loving marriage with two little girls who light up any room. A picture of happiness. Something very inspiring to see.
As I head back to work in LA, the smile cannot be wiped from my face. Life is for living and sharing experiences with people. New and old - people can enhance your life if you let them.
Happy Independence Day America. I am so glad to share it with such wonderful people.

30 Oct 2018This was a outstanding informative post you have shared on this page about the fireworks Waterloo in Canada with the fireworks at the end of the event. For those of who did not go to the fireworks, provides by the University of Waterloo to our community with an awesome Canada Day event, complete with the largest fireworks display in the Region.,so if you want to plan a fireworks at the end of a party then you must use the services of event planning companies which give you best secure deals and help you in the celebration of your event according to the rules and regulations of a county otherwise you may have a loss due to inexperience of labour during the planing of your event ,so you must be care full during the planing of big event in Canada .
ReplyThanks.

23 Jul 2012I think it is very good to learn from other people and to met other cultures. You will get a broader view on the world, and that is necessary when you want to improve yourself. You can learn so much from other people and they can learn from you as well. Go with the flow and see where it ends!

09 Jul 2012I truly believe that to grow as a person, you must be willing to open yourself up to new inspiration and insight. Now if that comes by a chance meeting purposeful or accidental than so be it. The point is you as an indivdual are always looking to develop inspire, be inspiered and never miss an opportunity to do so. You will never know which door opens next if you stop trying to open them.
