21 Jan 2013I think United States, is the place where everything is possible. Everyone wants to live the " American Dream". And your article inspire me. But I think there is an other place where everything is also possible. It is Australia, and this country is a dream for everyone. I live in France and in my country everyone wants to live here and creates businesses. Australia has good opportunities for everyone and there is not crise like in Europe. I think there is a new dream and it is the Australian Dream.

18 Jan 2013There's also a saying that goes - "No dreamer is ever too small; no dream is ever too big." There is definitely no harm in dreaming big. To purse goals and ambition. You hear celebrity/movie stars talking about dreaming big and how they got to where they are.
ReplyHowever, the one thing I believe that makes people hesitate to do so is fear. Fears and feelings of inadequacy. Sometimes, we can overcome this by surrounding ourselves with positive people. People who will be able to give provide a little guidance and give us that extra push.

15 Jan 2013This is definitely something a lot of entrepreneurs can relate to. Sometimes the biggest ideas are daunting, and not only due to the amount of effort required for survival. Occasionally, the biggest ideas seem to test us as individuals, and there's a niggling thought in your head constantly questioning if you have enough ambition and talent to carry them through. Where I'm from, we were brought up in academic-oriented schools that taught us that we had to study hard, compete to get a 9-5 job, and work up from there. If I could go back and do something differently, it would have been to be more open to ideas, broaden my networks, and pursue those big ambitions. It's important to have big dreams and visions of where we want to be, but it's even more vital to believe that those dreams can be lived out and we just need to create prospects for ourselves and open those doors of opportunities we're sometimes so daunted by.
